Stroganoff-Sauced Roast Beef and Noodles
1 16-ounce package refrigerated cooked beef pot roast
with gravy (substitute with pre-cooked beef)
2 cups fresh button mushrooms or (shiitake or cremini mushrooms)
1/2 cup dairy sour cream French onion-flavor dip
2 cups hot cooked noodles
Place beef with gravy into a large skillet. Remove mushroom stems and break mushrooms into small pieces.
Add mushrooms to skillet. Cover and cook over medium-low heat about 15 minutes or until heated through,
stirring mushrooms and meat once through cooking time.
Break meat into bite-size pieces with wooden sppon. Sir onion dip into meat mixture and heat through, but do not
boil. Stir in hot cooked noodles.
