Brocolli Cheese Soup

2  cans all natural chicken broth

1  package frozen, chopped broccoli

3/4  lb. Velveeta Cheese or Kraft American Cheese 


Bring chicken broth and broccoli to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Add the cheese. Heat on low until cheese melts. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Brocolli Cheese Soup

2 10oz. packages of frozen broccoli (or use fresh brocolli)

6 C. chicken broth

1 lb. Velveeta Cheese

6 C. milk

2 carrots

2 T. butter

3/4 C. onion

8 oz. Kluski noodles

Fresh mushrooms

1/2 t. garlic powder

1 t. salt



Saute onion in butter 3 min. Add broth and heat to boiling. Add noodles, carrots, mushrooms, and salt. Boil until tender. Add garlic powder, milk, cheese, and pepper. Cook until cheese melts. Add broccoli (cook broccoli until tender if using fresh broccoli). Thicken if needed with a mixture of cornstarch and milk.
