Potato Soup Recipe

6 Baked Potatoes

1/4 C. butter

1/2 C. diced onion (add additional as desired for flavor)

1 C. Velveeta Cheese

Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning (season to taste)

2% Milk - optionally add to thicken as needed

 

Bake and dice potatoes. Saute onion in butter. Add diced potatoes. Pour in milk. Stir to "mash" some of the potatoes. Add cheese. Add Cavender's Greek Seasoning to taste. Heat and eat.
